How do I cancel my order?

If you would like cancel your order, please email us at contact@tucin.co.uk before Thursday at 7pm.

How do I repeat my order?

Simply login to your account and visit the My Account page > Orders >  and click on the repeat order button.

Is your meat halal?

All our meals are made with Halal meat.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes, the containers are freezer friendly. We recommend freezing meals that you need to extend past 2 days.

Do I have to order both mains and sides?

No, it’s completely up to you. You can order from which ever section suits you best.

How do I order?

All orders are completed on our site through our really simple checkout process. Order Now!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal or Stripe.

Delivery

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, the delivery charge is £3.95

What is the latest I can place my order

You have until Friday at 7pm to make your order so that your order will be delivered on the upcoming Sunday.

What days do you deliver?

We only deliver on Sunday between the times of 10am-7pm

Does someone have to be home?

We do suggest that somebody is home to receive your delivery or you can add information in the “delivery instructions” of a safe place that you would like your meals to be left. This place has to be within reasonable measure of the delivery address.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we are a delivery service and we only deliver to areas inside London. Your delivery address must have a London postcode.
